  • Salmon fillet.
  • Minced garlic.
  • 2 TBS Honey.
  • 1.5 tsp Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
  • Salt and pepper.

Season salmon with salt and pepper. Add minced garlic,  apple cider and honey.  Cook either on stove top in pan or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 min.  Serve over brown rice or mixed roasted veggies.
