According to Beth, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the holiday without abandoning good food choice habits. “Often, substituting a single ingredient will take a menu item from unhealthy to healthy,” Beth said on her recent podcast.  “For example, instead of using real bacon wrapped around asparagus, water chestnuts or scallops, substitute turkey bacon. It’s better for you, smells and tastes great.”
